From Stacy Walden, who used Patina Gilder's Paste quite effectively over our Russian Goldplated lily drops. Russian Goldplating is very close to the old original Haskell finish; it is a true 18k base over the brass and very mellow, rich and warm. I love Stacy's idea, the earrings are very elegant!

Well...learning to cast ICE RESIN isn't rocket science but! on the other hand, learning to do it as well as Robin Delargy does isn't a skill learned overnight. All of Robin's pieces are amazingly meticulous. Don't these look like periodot cabs? they are ICE RESIN, full of crushed bits of peridot. What a GREAT way to get that gemstone look without the big bucks. You'll have to practice hard, though, to be able to make ones like this. Find them at LooLoo's Box at Etsy.
