made a spinach and fruit smoothie today--yummy! my recipe is a bit different than this one. I did: spinach, oats, whey protein powder, frozen blueberries & strawberries, 1 grapefruit segment, splash of V8 fusion juice blend, and 2 "ice cubes"--they are actually frozen spirulina smoothie cubes :)
