Strawberry "ice cream" - blend frozen strawberries, coconut milk, vanilla, and banana (add flax seed oil)

Frozen banana, plus 2 tbsp cocoa powder, and blend until smooth and creamy. Dairy-free, 110 calories!! But most importantly: frigging delicious, because seriously dudes, bananas and chocolate were meant to be together ♥

Frozen yogurt bites! Drop yogurt off spoon onto wax paper and freeze. bag them up for a sweet treat

made a spinach and fruit smoothie today--yummy! my recipe is a bit different than this one. I did: spinach, oats, whey protein powder, frozen blueberries & strawberries, 1 grapefruit segment, splash of V8 fusion juice blend, and 2 "ice cubes"--they are actually frozen spirulina smoothie cubes :)
