I haven't gone thigh the whole list, but what I did see was interesting. The books I've already read, I agree with, save one. I absolutely hated "Catcher in the Rye". IMO, it was terribly boring. Read it and to this day, I still don't get what the big deal is about that book. Other than that one, it looks like a good list. (Maybe swap out "Catcher" with "The Passage" by Justin Cronin?)

Another timeless classic I've never read!

The only two of these I've read are the top and bottom. I'd love to read the rest...

This is the other book that ties for "favorite." I've had to buy this book three time because I've read it to shreds. (maybe I should get it in hardback!) and BTW, the movie SUCKED. If you've seen the movie and not read the book, forget it ever happened and get this book.

I am a shameless Stephen King fan. This is a tie for my favorite SK book. It ALWAYS amazes me how many people have never heard of it.

For a long time, I didn't think I'd seen this movie. But apparently I did, when my mom didn't know I was watching it. Because when I finally sat down as an adult to watch it, I vividly remembered the Indian throwing the water fountain through the window! I'd remembered that scene growing up, but didn't know what movie. It had been from. Anyway, excellent film.

One of my favorites. Makes me cry every. Single. Time. (if you've read it, you know exactly when that happens!)
