I love the idea of a short bookshelf to divide a room without closing it in. Plus, it gives you some display space on top! (I think I have pinned this before? Because it is awesome.)

I keep debating on putting up a pony wall like this in our living room to separate it from the entryway. This is making me think we should, again!
Love that it's elevated (ours has to be), and like the storage idea for the wood.
This could work.... And it would free up a ton of room in our too-small living room!
I like how the curtains seem attached to the ceiling, instead of via a rod over the window...

Our living room is very similar to this. I like how the beams have those moldings on the end (ours doesn't)

I realize this is a bedroom, but I have these chairs in the living room, and I'm looking for ways to redo them. I love this.

Yes, I know this is a nursery - but we have REALLY high (and angled) ceilings in our living room, and I think doing something like this on the ceiling would make things pretty awesome in there!
