Apple Chips:2 large apples, cored 1 t. cinnamon canola oil spray Preheat oven to 200. Slice apples. Arrange in a single layer on parchment-lined sheets, spray w/ cooking spray. sprinkle cinn. over apples. Bake in the top and bottom third of the oven until apples are dry and crisp, about 2 hours. Remove from oven and let ‘chips’ cool completely before transferring to a sealed container for up to 3 days. Makes about 2 cups of apple chips.

looks like a fun healthy treat: Spoon flavored yogurt into a plastic bag. Squeeze dots onto cookie sheet and place in freezer. They'll be ready in about an hour.

"OMG Chicken" Just mix Sour Cream or Yogurt (1/2 c) and parm cheese (1/4 c). Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish, sprinkle italian bread crumbs on top and bake for 20-30 minutes. SO moist and tasty!
