Use chocolate cake mix that requires oil, make cake mix, pour into pampered Chef deep dish covered baker, 1 can chocolate frosting - split into 6 dollops, cook in microwave for 15 mins uncovered. = molten lava cake!

Coconut Creme Cake - yellow cake made per directions, 15 ounce can of Cream of coconut, large can sweetened condensed milk, pour all over the top of the warm cake. When cool, ice cake with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

Banana Caramel Cream Dessert. Talk about decadent...this is it!
Sweetened Condensed Milk Custard Otherwise known as Flan, this recipe is very close to my own. I use 1 can condensed, 1 evaporated, 4 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract. 50 minutes at 325 or till knife comes out clean. I use regular sugar for the caramel.

DIY snow-cone syrup. 2 cups sugar, 3/4 cups water, heat till sugar dissolves, add your favorite unsweetened kool-aid. Store in fridge. Pour over finely crushed ice.

2-Ingredient Cinnamon Apple Cake: 1 can of apple pie filling and 1 box of Angel food cake (dry mix only). Combine both ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 deg. for 20 minutes or until top browns. Quick dessert for drop in company, you could always have this on hand in the pantry!!

Pam Taylor when you try this, please let me know what you think of it. I did the angel food cake mix and lemon pie filling and was underwhelmed. I'd be willing to try this if you liked it.
