Ultra-Crispy Roast Potatoes..one of my favorite side dishes. Microwave quartered potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain water. Drizzle a fair amount of olive oil over the potatoes, gently toss the potatoes, and sprinkle with oregano. Put in a hot oven 450 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until crispy.

Better Baked Potato! Make 1inch cuts into potato and stuff onion slices, butter, garlic and spices inside! Spray with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Roll it up in foil and bake it! Ninety minutes to potato perfection!

This is insanely easy - it literally took 2 minutes to stir together the dough - let it sit overnight and then bake. It is beyond easy and so delicious. Nice and crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside.
