Pecan Sandies|need 2 c plain flour, 1/4 t salt, 2 sticks butter, 1/2 c powdered sugar, 1/2 c gran. sugar, 1 t. vanilla extract, 1 c chopped pecans. Do heat oven at 350, whisk flour& salt in a bowl. Another bowl add butter,& sugars & beat. Mix in extract, slowly add flour mix & mix all together. Will be crumbly. Add nuts & roll dough in balls place on parchment lined baking sheets, about 1 inch apart. Bake until golden 12 min to 16 min. Cool and enjoy.
