Mandarin Vanilla Bean Jam Quickset is Sugar+Pectin, 1kg is just shy of 4.5 cups sugar and 1 box SureJell. Made it with 4 cups sugar and was too sweet. Next time will use 3-1/2 cups and tie peels and seeds in cheese cloth or use low sugar pectin to see if get better set. Tastes Great!

Basic cream pie to make, coconut, banana, chocolate or German Choc cream Pie
Crock Pot Chicken and Gravy. Serve with steamed rice, or mashed potatoes or dressing along with salad
2 Ingredient cake: Strawberry + 7 up or Chocolate + coke. Need to give this a try
Black Bean, Avocado, Cucumber and Tomato Salad....probably would be good with chicken added too.
