Dorothy True portrait. The face and the leg. " The photo, taken by Alfred Stieglitz ( ) was a mistake. Look closely, there’s the image of a woman’s face imposed on the leg. Mr. Stieglitz actually took two photos of (Dorothy True), one of her leg, and one of her face. However, in the darkroom, there was a problem and the two images were captured as one."
