Add orange peels (or any citrus peel) to a quart of white vinegar in a closed container and let it sit for two weeks. Combine citrus/vinegar solution half/half with water and use for cleaning. Works on floors, tiles, fixtures, etc. Smells good and is tough on scum! Best of all there are no chemicals.

Mix cookie dough, freeze portions in an ice cube tray, pop out and keep in a freezer bag in the freezer. Then when you want fresh baked cookies, you can bake a few at a time.
This long-forgotten gem of a cleaning agent is also fantastic bleach for many items.

Use a "delicates" laundry bag for small plastic items in the dishwasher.
Place ground beef in big freezer bags. Use a ruler to create divisions within the food, forming individual portions. This way when you freeze the entire bag, you’ll be able to break off just the amount you want to use.

Bundt Pan as a Vertical Roaster. For a juicy bird that’s crispy all over, first layer potatoes, carrots, and onions on the bottom of the pan. Then season the chicken and place in the pan with the cavity over the center hole. Set the dish on a cookie sheet to collect any drippings and roast as usual.

Sugar "cubes"... Mix granulated sugar with a little water so that it becomes sticky, but not dissolved. Mix well. Add food color one drop at a time into the sugar and continue stirring until the desired color is reached. (The color becomes brighter as it dries.) Press firmly into a silicon mould, filling half way so that the "cubes" will not be too large. Allow to dry overnight.
