Healthy, quick breakfast: Peanut Butter Banana and oatmeal squares. // These are awesome! A pan doesn't last 2 days in our house. They're delicious and super good for you, especially if you substitute applesauce for the brown sugar--one bar is 128 calories & 5 grams of protein.

As you puncture through the slightly crunchy browned skin, the center oozes with creaminess. It is like you puree’d sweet potatoes and infused them back into the potato. The flavor is equally as amazing. No extra salt was needed. No cinnamon. No maple syrup. They were sweet + caramelized + delicious.

Another pinner says: Creamy Vegan Broccoli & Rice Casserole. Made 1/24. Used slightly less rice and left out the almonds on top. Also forgot the cornstarch in the sauce. Oops. Flavor was awesome, but I didn't care for the garbanzos in there. They seemed hard and dry compared to everything else.
