Rag #Quilts -- these make the best baby quilts...but be sure to use the spring-action scissors (*I didn't use batting with mine actually, but if you do, blankets for children should be made with natural fiber batting - NOT the polyester stuff because it will melt quickly in a fire and melt to skin!)
