Potatoes, zucchini, baby carrots, sweet potatoes, whole garlic cloves, onions and tomatoes at 350 for 45 minutes. Dust with parmesan for the last 10 minutes.

To make brownie bites with caramel center start by freezing 24 rolos. Make up your favorite brownie mix from the box, or if your up for it, make some from scratch. Grease a mini muffin pan and fill each insert 2/3 of the way full with batter. Place a frozen rolo in the center of each brownie. Spread batter from around the rolo over the top to cover it completely. Bake at 350 for 10-15minutes. Let cool slightly and remove from pan. Enjoy!!

Line baking pan with foil. Cut lemon into slices, put on bottom of pan, drizzle with 1 stick of melted butter. Sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning on raw shrimp and toss. Put the shrimp on the lemon and butter, then put them in the oven and bake at 350 for 10-15 min
