Meg Coleman we have this sofa and we like it a lot. It is very lightweight though so if my husband crashes on it too hard it slides back a little and then the sections don't line up and it makes me a bit crazy!
THAT railing...and I kinda want our steps to curve, too. Maybe move the front door.

Laura Priest I took an interior design class in high school and totally created a room with these exact colors and a very similar layout - long windows with ceiling-to-floor curtains, some plush furniture and darker narrow-legged furniture. Love it!
