fluffy yogurt pancakes: 1 1/4 cups of flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 3 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp white sugar, 1 egg, 1/3 cup of half & half/coffee cream, 2/3 cup of water, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup of fresh blueberries
chill coconut milk overnight, add vanilla and cinnamon and then whip....dairy free, sugar free, gluten free whipping cream. Sounds amazing!
