I love this idea. put one dollar in a jar every time you complete a workout. when you achieve your goal (10, 15, 20 lbs. lost, etc.) use the money to treat yourself! a massage, a cute pair of skinny jeans, whatever feels in line with what you've accomplished. - An even BETTER idea would be to have someone else pay me :)

Holly Arnold But you get hurt lifting like that! :) Wrong shoes, the bar is way too high on her back and you should always wear something on your shoulders while squatting!
Christiana DC you weren't asking about her form, you were asking about her garmets. Hence, why when my ass looks like that, I will have the option of wearing insanely small shorts. Though, let's be honest, I probably still won't wear shorts that small.
Holly Arnold The lifting in underwear though is contributing to the poor form! Not wearing a shirt is causing the bar to be too high. And don't lift in your unders - I will make fun of you. :)
