Cupcakes in a jar . . . your imagination is the limit. Use pint jars or half pints . . . precious gifts! Just cut your cupcake in two; place bottom half on bottom of the jar; pipe icing for 2nd layer (you can also add toppings like sprinkles, nuts, fruit, etc., with icing); add top portion of cupcake; pipe icing to cover; sprinkle with toppings of your choice. Add canning lid and ring and decorate your jars using ribbon, paint pens, rick-rack and attach recipe. A lovely twist on a cupcake! // shitinmasonjars
