I like this pillow pad better. Twin duvet (cut in half) so you can make TWO total and you sew a little "lip" (Ikea style) on the open hem so you don't have to do buttons but the pillows can still come in and out. Ikea pillows are apparently 99 cents and a bit flatter too. Oooh @Sandi Edgar, I need to come to Dallas!
