Skylines and cities that are not Southern Californian
Looking over Hong Kong. Doesn't it look like it should be a city in a science fiction or future fiction movie?

When we talk about the culture of Hong Kong, we see that it is the place which is often depicted as a place where eastern culture meets western culture. It is said so because of the Chinese base of the country while the effects of the British invasion had an effect in giving Hong Kong a mix of western culture too. We will find that the beliefs like feng shui are still practiced very seriously even though it does not exist in western culture.

Osijek is the fourth largest city in Croatia (Europe) with a population of 114,616 in 2001. It is the largest city and the economic and cultural centre of the eastern Croatian region of Slavonia, as well as the administrative centre of Osijek-Baranja county. Osijek is located on the right bank of the river Drava, 25 kilometres (16 mi) upstream of its confluence with the Danube, at an elevation of 94 metres (310 ft). The name was given to the city due to its position on elevated ground which prevented the city being flooded by the local swamp waters. Its name Osijek comes from the Croatian word "oseka" which means "ebb tide".
