Lace doilies, estate sales, yard sales, thrift shops.... see them all the time... cheap too.... the very cheap ones that may have blemishes.. would work for this craft as you are cutting them any way.... also see these cheap plastic or wood bangle bracelets alot as well... these simple lace pieces could be dressed up or down, hot glue gun... cheap, I think a nice gift if you know the right person.. easy one that kids could make for Mom for mothers Day or Christmas as well... preschoolers would need help though. I want some of these.

Jayelle It's a shame-some of those are great, like orange red for redheaded people and blue gray for stormy skies.
