Cran-Pistachio Cookies: 1 pouch Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix -1 sm box pistachio instant pudding/pie filling -1/4 c. flour - 1/2 c. butter melted, -2 eggs- 1 c. dry roasted salted - pistachio nuts, chop- 1/2 c. dried chop cranberries - green food coloring if needed Mix cookie mix, pudding, & flour. Add melted butter & eggs, Add nuts & cran berries -Drop by round spoonfuls onto lined cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min. 350 degrees don't overbake.
