Maria L. Cashew juice from the cashew fruit is incredibly delicious. I suggest you try it! It tastes nothing like cashew seeds and it won't pack the protein punch, but is yummy. You can find it labeled as "Suco de Caju" in Brazilian stores. It's yellow in color.

Luciana Horta I just love that! Suco de caju is very commom back here and popular. The only problem I see is that it doesn't really help the intestines. If you drink too much of it, you will have constipation, so... Just a tip from Brazil :)

Bring the sugar and water to a boil, then add the thyme and let steep until cool. Pass through a fine strainer. In an ice-filled glass, combine 1 1/2 ounces of the thyme syrup with 1/2 ounce of lemon juice.
