Chili's Chili Queso Ingredients: 1 bag of tortilla chips 16 oz box of Velveeta Cheese, cubed 15 oz can Hormel Chili (no beans, and not chunky) 1 c. milk 4 t. chili powder 2 t. paprika 1 T lime juice 1/2 t. ground cayenne 1/2 t. ground cumin Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a med size saucepan. Place over medium heat. Stir frequently until the cheese is melted. Reduce heat, and let simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.

Sweet Apple Chips Ingredients: 2 Small Apples (cut into thin slices as shown above) 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar 1 tsp. Cinnamon Directions: Preheat your oven to 350 F and place apple slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges start to curl and brown a little bit. Set out to cool, and enjoy!
