In this episode Rory had died, but mysteriously reappeared as a Roman. The Doctor, Riversong, and Amy Pond tried to figure out the mystery of the Pandorica. Then it suddenly opened, and Amy had to get in so that she would live after getting injured. Rory kept a great watch over the Pandorica for hundreds of years. Till later Amy emerged to confront her younger self. The Doctor dies, but really doesn't.
