hey jude I've been making an orange cranberry sauce for years. I suggest losing the white sugar (yuk) and using maple syrup instead. (yum) I will sometimes add cointreau to make it boozy or cayenne to give it a spicy kick.

hey jude you're welcome. in our house orange-cranberry sauce is so popular it will be spread on toast and topped on ice cream in addition to the more usual turkey and sweet potatoes.
