EASY homemade, organic fruit rollups.

recipe for glowing green smoothie. 1 bunch romaine lettuce, 1/2 bunch spinach, 3-4 celery stalks, 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 banana, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1.5 cups water. optional: 1/3 bunch cilantro or parsley. blend all together, makes 4 svgs.

In a large bowl, mix together ricotta, egg, spinach, mozzarella, italian seasoning, parmesan, salt & pepper. Once shells are cooked and have cooled, fill shells with the cheese mixture and place in baking dish with a little sauce in the bottom. Cover shells with remaining sauce, cover with foil and bake 40 minutes, uncover foil and bake 5 more minutes.
