Amy Gawry I don't use this recipe, but peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are my default cookie. I don't even make regular chocolate chip cookies because they seem bland after the peanut butter ones.

choc chip cookies with a rolo in the middle. I'm skeptical if it will really be that melty (you know how cheap candy melts--or doesn't melt sometimes). But I'm willing to try!

Jennifer Hill I haven't made them but my cousin does, slightly different recipe. He says the key is to watch them to make sure not to over cook them.

Amanda B I tried this and it didn't come out quite how i thought it would. Partly because i had to start with frozen loaves, and partly because I just don't like sourdough. If you like sourdough to begin with, then try it. It tasted ok with just the cinnamon/sugar & butter, too.
