Cauliflower Puree from Skinnytaste: Gotta use up my cauliflower from last week's box! This recipe calls for buttermilk. Don't have buttermilk? Neither do I! Mix one tablespoon of vinegar and 1 cup of milk and let sit for 10 minutes until it curdles. Stir it up and you're ready to go!
