These are some of my favorite kitchen gadgets and tools - the ones that I use the most!
Flex Edge beater for the KA - don't know who thought this one up, but kudos! You literally don't have to stop and scrape down the bowl anymore - the beater does it for you. Genius!

Glass bowl for the 5 quart KitchenAid. It's actually larger than the steel bowl & you can see everything. A great add on for your stand mixer plus you can chill cream in it for whipping & even melt chocolate in the microwave. Plus it's kinda pretty - love love!

Santa brought me this for Christmas - in Cranberry & I LOVE IT! It's the Platinum Plus which has a rinse feature (to clear out cocoa & cider aftertaste & such) plus a hot water button for a quick shot of water for tea or what have you. Less than a minute to a fresh cup of coffee & get the My K-Cup so you can save a few bucks to make your own.

Donna Sneed I have one of these, but not the one with the updated features.........Now I'm jealous. LOL. I love my old one tho
Mary I'm sure you'll get that birthday gift Deanna! Donna, I don't know why I sat on the fence about this but in a way I'm glad I did. The new features are nice - takes a second to get hot water for a cup of tea with your regular ole tea bags & the rinse feature is pretty cool too if you enjoy the cider & the flavored stuff.
Cassie Sibley I see that you have a picture of an enameled cast iron dutch oven. Do you know if this product is safe to use on a glass flat surface stovetop. I know they don't recommend the regular cast iron, because it can scratch the surface. It seems like the enamel will prevent that from being an issue. I am trying to come up with a good reason to talk my husband into buying me one. ;)
Mary Hi Cassie! Well, I don't have a flat glass stovetop but if they don't recommend cast iron then I'm thinking this would not work either. Even though they are generally also coated on the bottom I think it could still scratch the surface from sliding around. I'm so glad that you asked this because I'm in the market for a new stove & I would hate to not be able to use my cast iron!!
Phyllis Williams Smith I have a Keurig & love it! I buy something called a Solofil that you can get at Bed, Bath & Beyond or from Amazon. You use your own coffee in it. Like it way better than the reusable K Cup that comes with it. I'm enjoying checking out all the pins on your boards.
You do not have to spend a fortune on a good cast iron Dutch oven. I've had this over a year & not only has it held up beautifully but it's the most used pot in my kitchen!

Lisa Johnson I detest walmart, but boy oh boy do I want one of these. I allow myself one accidental walmart visit a year.....this might be it.
Fetching pins…
Georgia Cuevas I have this one and really like it. They made it bright yellow so it is easily found in commercial kitchens, but it helps me keep track of it, too! http://pinterest.com/pin/11...

Christina Thomas Love this! Can't believe I ever lived without it!
