Whiskey Sour - I made a huge pitcher for a party this weekend. They're a bit strong, but delicious - I couldn't believe how quickly the pitcher was emptied.

Ina Garten's Lemon Cake - Tried this last night w/out the syrup. Nice lemony flavor and not overly sweet. Yum - this is a keeper.

Debbie Dubrow Do you have a favorite recipe? There are many that I love, but I make the shirred lemon eggs all the time. they're so elegant for brunch & because you can make them ahead & pop them in the oven once guests arrive, they're always just right.
Peggy McCallum I will have to try those. Like you I've made many recipes that I really like including the apple pancakes, oatmeal pancakes, and the raised waffles. The breakfast cookies were great when my kids were young. The puddings sound good. . . .mmmm, I'm getting hungry.

Im amazed how many people dont know this. Cook bacon in the oven. Cover cookie sheet with tinfoil first. We do 375 for about 20 min instead of 400 for ten because the lower and slower the more fat renders out. Then all the bacon is done at the same time, meanwhile you were free to make the rest of breakfast. -Martha Stewart
