I can’t think of a better way to kick off the week than with these stunning images by Minneapolis-based pet photographer Karin Newstrom. If these photos don’t put a smile on your face, I don’t know what will!

Spotted! Sundays with Beatrice. Ms. Beatrice makes regular appearances on one of my favorite blogs as part of the “Sunday with Beatrice” feature. Isn’t she a doll? I just want to snuggle her to bits! I had a really hard time just picking one photo of her, so she gets a couple extra.

Spotted! Indiana in Texas. Before you get any more confused, Indiana is the name of this very handsome Vizsla currently living in one of my favorite cities ever: Austin, TX. His mom and dad designed and built one of the coolest homes on the planet.

Yes, this is a product for cats, but it’s a dog! So, I had to post it here. A silly, yet cute idea, Netherlands-based designer Erik Stehmann wraps rope around a dog silhouette to create the ultimate scratching post.

The Underdog Club works with shelters and rescues in the greater Montreal area to hype those dogs that maybe don’t get too many second looks by prospective adopters, maybe because they’re a little older, or a little funny looking, or have special needs.
