Dangers of wheat -I just bought a share in a local, organic, heritage CSA grain producer. I've been cutting out grains, but we will eat some. I'd rather they be heritage varieties.

I love the idea of a sushi making robot! I'm good at making sushi, but this would make it even easier.

The Original Frito Pie. I love the simplicity of Fritos-- corn in three forms re-combine with salt. Yum!

Callie Totherow What is a frito pie?
Shara G. E. If you click the pin, you can read the post about it: "I ordered our Frito Pie which is served in a snack size Frito chip bag (completely loved that). The bags are slit down the long side with Fritos in the bottom. Over this is ladled freshly made red chile sauce, pinto beans, and shredded cheddar cheese. The woman at the Snack Bar suggested I use some of the chopped onion targeted for the hot dogs on top."
Terri Crespo We call them Walking Tacos. We sell them at almost all the kids games here. Taco meat. Lettuce. Salsa. Sour cream. Cheddar cheese. They are so good!
Linda McCoart I ate Frito Pie growing up...the local snack bar near our school made it with chil over the Fritos...toped with shredded cheese, onion, and a dash of yellow mustard on top.
Now I want a cannoli-- and not a mega-cannoli: I would be content with one of the little ones.

Mike DeWolfe I made these last night and they worked out quite well
We could all do with a little less fat in our lives. Whether that's in the frying pan or the waistline.
Cook for a crowd. I have to say that I loved the Brunch at the Moosewood recipe book.
Soda Pop Ice Cream: easy and affordable! You basically just choose your favorite soda (2 liters), add a 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk (could be fat free), throw it in an ice cream maker, turn it on and 30 minutes later you have a creamy blend of deliciousness. The variations are endless, like Sunkist for a dreamsickle taste or Rootbeer float. This is seriously fool proof. Yum!
