The city is very environmentally conscious. So much so, they have their staff buzzing around in smart cars. What they miss though are streetlights that burn 24x7 (eg. the one above the smart car).

Saw this image repinned dozens of times and labeled, "this is the happiest elephant in the world!" -- I recognized it immediately though and I can tell you why it's happy: it's NOT REAL -- it is part of the Jungle Cruise at Disneyland.
