"Index" is currently on exhibit in the holiday 2011 show at Touchstone Gallery. A small assemblage, it has something to look at from every angle--and plenty of angles. This work incorporates found papers, wood and objects.
"Domestic Tranquility" is one of the best assemblages I've made. This sold in August during Touchstone Gallery's mini-solos show. It's made of found objects in wood and metal, and takes its influence from the work of Louise Nevelson.

Denise Graveline This piece will be on display at the Art League Gallery in Alexandria, Va., Feb. 22-March 4, 2012. Come to the show reception on March 4 from 2pm to 4pm at the Torpedo Factory in Alexandria.
This is 'Quilted Mountains,' a new collage of found paper and altered papers with lots of texture derived from tearing, burning and painting a variety of papers.
