Peanut Butter cookie for one - only 3 ingredients! 2 tbsp peanut butter,1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp liquid egg whites. Combine ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and mix well. Scrape batter off the sides of the bowl and flatten into a cookie shape. Cook in microwave for 90 seconds. Cool.
