Sandy Hall This ranks right up there with middle aged Barbie, lol
DUH!!!!! Why didn't I think of that?! Put aluminum foil in a bowl, pour the grease in. When it hardens, roll up the foil and throw it out!

Sandy Hall On cookdays I save my bean cans to pour grease into. I wrap them in foil when the oil cools a bit and throw them out.
Tamara Mitchell - Dine-In Diva I usually do that, but I am using less and less cans. And I really don't have this much of a grease issue.

Pour water on top of lemons and freeze - perfect way to refresh pitchers of water - and looks pretty too!
De-tarnish ALL your silver ALL at once... line your sink with aluminum foil, add 1/2 c table salt, 1/2 c. baking soda, fill with hot water, then dump in all your silver! Let sit for about 30 min. The tarnish all transfers to the foil! Thanks, Susan Branch!
DIY Produce Bags - I don't sew, but I think someone should make a boatload of these & sell 'em at the farmers market

Tamara Mitchell - Dine-In Diva It's amazing stuff - try it. Get some of the liquid and some of the dry.
Sharon Worster I use it on my clients All-Clad pots and pans but I've never used it in my own house. I don't recall ever seeing the liquid. It's on my list! Thanks Tami!

The next time you have green onions, don't throw away the white ends. Simply submerge them in a glass of water and place them in a sunny window. Your onions will begin to grow almost immediately and can be harvested almost indefinitely.
