I love this idea. put one dollar in a jar every time you complete a workout. when you achieve your goal (10, 15, 20 lbs. lost, etc.) use the money to treat yourself! a massage, a cute pair of skinny jeans, whatever feels in line with what you've accomplished.

This website is AMAZING. best of all, its completely FREE. Tons of workout vids and plenty more to stave off ruts. Most of the routines are between 12-20 mins long and that's all you need.
