Superpromostuff It's been my experience that what's most remembered is the pool/beach and the swag bags. We can help with the promotional gifts. They will love it and it's min cost to you!
Biltmore Hotel & Suites. If you are in Santa Clara and need a serious meeting - i'd suggest this. Serious like suite and ties!

If you are thinking of planning a large offsite around the San Jose area and have some $$ to spend and this place is perfect. The outside space is amazing, great bar, amazing meeting rooms. It's in Santana Row - so how could you go wrong?

This is an okay place for an offsite. It's a small hotel, but cozy. Depends of how many people you need. They have a few meeting rooms, outside garden space and a small piano bar.

Testarossa Vineyards in Los Gatos. Great for the summer. Los Gatos has a cute downtown area with shops bars , in case you'd like to take this offsite to more places :)

Great for Meeting space , one of their conference rooms opens into a garden space. They have a cute bar/restaurant. In DTPA - so great happy hour options after an offsite too!
