Made creme fraiche, strawberry mousse with macerated strawberries as favors for a holy communion.

Adapated from the Williams-Sonoma Breakfast Comforts cookbook (Maple-Coconut Granola). No sunflower seeds and I added mac nuts, slivered almonds, dried blueberries, cranberries and cherries. Great over yogurt!
Made a pound cake recipe from the Williams-Sonoma site with vanilla bean paste, topped with fresh strawberries and vanilla whipped cream. YUM! Will make pound cake from scratch from now on. :)

Really good Banana Bread Recipe from Flour Bakery's book. I opted for macadamia nuts rather than walnuts. Not overly sweet since there is only 1 cup and 2 Tbsp of sugar.

Flour Bakery's Brown Sugar, Cranberry, Oat Muffins. It's full of oats, super moist, and sweet/tart cranberries. I think it would be good with blueberries or raspberries too!

Awesome roasted chicken recipe, used the leftover carcass and meat to make homemade chicken noodle soup the next day! Not bad for a whole chicken for 7 bucks!
