Adapated from the Williams-Sonoma Breakfast Comforts cookbook (Maple-Coconut Granola). No sunflower seeds and I added mac nuts, slivered almonds, dried blueberries, cranberries and cherries. Great over yogurt!

Made a pound cake recipe from the Williams-Sonoma site with vanilla bean paste, topped with fresh strawberries and vanilla whipped cream. YUM! Will make pound cake from scratch from now on. :)

Really good Banana Bread Recipe from Flour Bakery's book. I opted for macadamia nuts rather than walnuts. Not overly sweet since there is only 1 cup and 2 Tbsp of sugar.
