oreo truffles! I made these for Christmas and they were great. I just blended in some powdered sugar (1/4 cup or so) to make them yummier and smooth like a 3 muskiteer. Hint, make the balls of filling and put on parchment paper and freeze before dipping. If you don't they get all gooey and fall apart when you dip them in the melted chocolate.
