Lazy Cake Cookies: 1 box yellow or white cake mix 2 eggs beaten 5 T melted butter 2 C M's or mini chocolate chips Mix together, put in a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 20 min!

Breakfast Cookie: no flour, no sugar, no dairy added. Ingredients: 1.5 cups of oats, 2-3 super ripened bananas, 1 cup unsweetened applesauce, handful of craisins, cinnamon to taste Mix, throw on a baking sheet @ 350/ 35 minutes.

SHUT UP!!! Three ingredients, and you will look like a pro! Preheat oven to 350; Pat 1.5 squares of break-apart refrigerated cookie dough into the bottom of each cupcake well. Place Reese's Peanut Butter Cup upside down on top of cookie dough. Top with prepared box brownie mix, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes.

Avalanche bars - these were pretty yummy! I think the pb in the melted part could be replaced with marshmallows so that it's more marshmallowey (is that a word?).

To make brownie bites with caramel center start by freezing 24 rolos. Make up your favorite brownie mix from the box, or if your up for it, make some from scratch. Grease a mini muffin pan and fill each insert 2/3 of the way full with batter. Place a frozen rolo in the center of each brownie. Spread batter from around the rolo over the top to cover it completely. Bake at 350 for 10-15minutes. Let cool slightly and remove from pan. Enjoy!!
