A Molinillo - a Oaxacan hot chocolate stirring stick (you put it between your palms and spin it). One of those weird cooking implements I really want to have someday.

I love Nielsen-Massey extracts. I'd love to have a bottle of their vanilla powder, too.
I LOVE this curry blend. Normally curry powder is at best a base for further flavor layers, but this stuff...damn it's good. It's my favorite tofu marinade.
