Melissa Garcia This would be even cooler if you used chalkboard paint in case you didn't need the measurement conversions and just wanted a concealed place to leave mental notes for cooking! (ex. I always forget how much water to add to my cookies when I use crisco instead of butter)

In-drawer power outlet. Great for hairdryers, etc. (though it might be safest to consider a switch for the outlet to avoid having a small appliance plugged in 24/7).
