Heather Rice @Doreen, these are dyed cheesecloth ;) Super easy to make, just go to a fabric store for the cheesecloth as it should be cheaper than buying just a package at walmart.

Definitely doing this with Cole on the next boring rainy day! Drop vinegar tinted with food coloring onto a pan filled with baking soda. Colorful, fizzy fun.
I should make one of these... I always have a handful of cars in my purse, haha

DIY felt owl... totally using this when I do up the mobile - even cuter than the ones on the etsy version! :)
Cute, unfussy, quality baby bibs... $16 each on etsy but I can totally sew these. Made super absorbent with a layer of cotton flannel sandwiched between cotton fabric and sateen (which is what makes them gorgeous)

epsom salts & sugar into each hole with plant seeds... makes them grow leafier and greener

DIY glitter: Preheat the oven to 350. Place salt (table salt/sea salt) into a small bowl. Add drop of food coloring and mix with the salt. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet in one layer. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Let cool, then transfer into a storage container for use.

to teach manners at the table... anytime someone at the table does something rude (burp, reach across the table, get up from the table, etc.) they get the pig. whoever is the last one with the pig has to clear the whole table. HAH! this is so smart.
