great party favour idea...fill a sandwich bag with sweets & tie it tightly. place bag, closure side down, in a paper cup cut in half, then glue a red pom-pom to the top.

Tea-bag cookies - aren't they adorable? (The website is in French, unfortunately, but here is what I would do: make a dough for a traditional butter cookie-draw teabag design on cardboard-cut it out-use sharp knife to cut around cardboard-poke hole in cookie with ice pick or fork tine-bake cookies-dip 3/4 in melted chocolate-when cool and dry, attach tea tag with string through hole-note: note:I recommend using a dough recipe that the cookies will keep their form and won't rise.
