Stephanie Danner I make something similar to these.. but I use: one small carton of Eggbeaters, 1/4 cup parmesean cheese, one white onion (chopped), and a bag of frozen spinach.. i just mix these four ingredients in a bowl, spray a glass casserole pan with PAM, pop it in the oven at around 375-400 degrees for 50-60 mins. Eggbeaters HAVE NO FAT.
