"Today's research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this fact? It takes exactly nine months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit – not just a pretty fruit, but a lovely symbol of fertility and gestation."

Hayley Egan We've used it. I'd read that it's mostly beneficial for men so we had Salva on it. He, ahem, loves it.
Erin D hahaha i love salva
DIM balances the hormones by breaking down estrogen and removing it from the body. Estrogen is a major culprit to many of the fertility issues women face today. Endometriosis, PCOS, and Ovarian Cysts, are all estrogen dominant conditions.

Hayley Egan So I started buying oat milk instead of cows milk. Basically replacing dairy with gluten. Hmmm
Erin D i think i will work on replacing gluten first, and then just try to lower dairy intake but not completely remove it. i can't do all of it at once anyway- or else i won't stick with it. i have to change one or two things at a time.
Hayley Egan No I don't really believe in cutting anything out entirely anymore. Just cut down, make changes, move toward an ideal. All food is good food, as long as it's natural.
silvy true!
