Create a "sick stash" so it's ready when it hits. -- i think it'd be such a lovely idea to create some baskets/boxes of remedies ready for when family and friends are sick- to quickly drop by to them with a loving note. include some soup, crackers, cough drops, ginger ale, ibuprofen, tissue, perhaps a book or dvd.. etc.
